Broken PVC closet collar, cement floor

Hi, Any ideas to simplify getting the broken PVC flange off the PVC pipe...I have broken off the collar portion, can see the joint, was primed & glued as supposed to be...collar is insert style. I have made 5 cuts with hacksaw through the collar stem, tried to force a wedge (screwdriver) between the two pipe walls. Needless to say, this has not been simple so far...any help much appreciated!

Hi, While waiting for a reply, I continued to try to take the PVC closet flange out peice by peice. I first cut the flange apart and snapped peices off until I could see the joint between the drain pipe and the inserted portion that had been primed and glued. I then cut through the close flange portion to the drain pipe in five evenly spaced spots around the pipe. Then I hammered by screwdriver between the two pipes and gradually snapped off peices. I continued until all portions were removed. I then pulled the peices I could reach out of the drain line (having caught most of them). I removed all the burrs leaving a smooth surface to prime and re-glue a new flange into. Mission Accomplished!
Thanks.
