low water pressure

I have a Delta Model 470 kitchen faucet..and just suddenly started getting low water pressure..I have checked the aerator and found no debris.. should I remove the faucet handle and check there...I am not sure how to do that there is a tiny hole there and I do no know what kinbd of toll would help me remove the handle. Also I saw that some one else had the sam problem and calimed to pull out the inner lining from the hose..I think..how do you do that

Is the Delta Model 470 a single lever faucet or does it have two handles. If it is a single handle faucet which I think it is from you mentioning the small hole, it takes a small allen wrench to take the handle off. Then the large nut comes off and the the ball and the washers. Parts can be bought at any good hardware store.
