Bathtub faucet install

Hey I wonder if you can help me. WHat are the standard heights for the bathtub faucet, water adjustment, and shower feed.

Hotel height = shower head at 6' 0" and spout 6" above tub and faucet 8" above spout.
Home height= raise shower head up to 6'5", depending on height of people to be using it.
