(Fig#1) We make our vents 2" in the Tampa Bay Area but your codes probably allow for 1 1/2". The toilet stub up should be 12" from the center of the pipe to the plate. It looks a little long. I hope the bar sink drain's connected to the toilet discharge so the toilet's vented.
(Fig#2) I hope that red arrow is pointing to where the shower connects to the wet bar drain so the bar sink wetvents it. Otherwise the shower's unvented and it will affect drainage. You don't connect the wet bar sink drain to the shower, you connect the shower to the wet bar drain and it wetvents from there. ( I realize it must sound the same to you but we tie to a vented fixture and not the other way around.
Outside of a missed wall for the lavatory the layout looks good and the plumber picked that up with a dogleg.
