All the sudden, water is too Hot
This morning, all of the sudden, our hot water is way too hot. Does anyone have an idea of what have caused this? No thermostat changes have been made, we have been at the same temp since we moved in the house (new) 5 years ago.

You didn't say so I'm going to assume that you have a electric water heater. It sounds like the thermostat if faulty. Since they are inexpensive items replace both the upper and lower one and see if that doesn't solve your hot water problem. Tom
