Air trapped in the water pipes

I have a well system that apparantly air is repeatedly finding its way into the water pipes. I've tried draining all the water out and letting it fill back up, but air seems to be everywhere in the system (comes out of every fixture). I'm thinking it might be a pressure tank that has a leaking bladder, but I really don't know.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
