Work and Center of Mass

A 0.5kg weight has a string of negligible mass attached to it. You grab the other end of the of the string and swing your arm, giving the weight a speed of 4m/s and lifting up its center of mass by 1.2m. What is the work done by the tension in the string onto the weight?

We'll be glad to help you with this, but only if you first attempt to solve it on your own. What methods have you tried? Where did you get stuck? Show some effort, and I'm sure someone will help you out.
