I think we have been cursed as a family. Up and until June this year everything was going well with the business and ourselves as a family, then we started having problems with a domestic worker that was disgruntled and was threatening us. Now that the other children in the domestic's family are also starting to threaten us even after we went and got a peace letter from the courts, this is all due to money they are extorting from us because of their mother that passed away suddenly, now they expect us to pay them for the next 20 years, we were told not to do so. Well to make a long story short, we have had the worst luck both at home and at the business, we need help, because we do not know what else to do. Could someone please help us. The threats have been aimed at my parents who are both pensioners and they are living with us, this is not fair on them or us as we are good people and are always helping everyone. I am desperate and need someone to help.

You need to make an official complaint against them, for harassment or similar.
Go and see a solicitor/lawyer find out what your legal rights are...

They cannot continue to threaten you or your parents.Have you reported this to the police? If not I suggest you do, even if theirs nothing that they can do in the short term at least it will go on file.

Get legal advice as soon as possible, do not let this continue.

Thanks for getting back to me so soon, we have gone the legal route and were told that we are in the right. We are just at our witts end and thought of going the spriitual route for all the other avenues have not worked. We even went as far as paying them thousands up to date and were told to stop paying immediately as it is considered extortion. Thanks once again.
