Use the formula

$
$

where Vf = final velocity and Vi = initial velocity, which you know is zero. From this you can calculate Vf.

Use the formula

$v^2-v_0^2=2ad$

where $v,v_0,a,d$ are respectively final velocity, initial velocity, acceleration and distance traveled.
