| dispersal of one liquid within another ok, I am interested in how two liquids react..
say i have a tank full of a liquid: water for example
I am going to inject another liquid into it, via a submerged syringe. The liquid i am injecting is soluble in water..
What factors will govern how quickly the second liquid will disperse in the water, and how?
I am guessing that the following will play a part:
force of the injection,
width of apperture of the syringe
density of the liquid relative to water.
Actually, I was thinking about a situation where plasma is shot out of a tube into air, and I'm using the above as an analogy.. |
