| There are lots of tips and suggestions on how to increase your chances of pregnancy. The hard part is figuring out what might help. I would say there are some basic things that might make it easier..........figure out your ovulation cycle (with basal thermometer), have your husband wear boxers (not briefs), limit how often you have sex (saving up sperm), take over the counter Robitussin (check with doc if taking other meds), elevate hips for at least 30 to 60 minutes after sex. After trying all these, and any others you come across, talk with doctor about how they might help increase chances with meds, etc. There are couples who have problems conceiving with no known reason. Most docs will begin helping after a set period of time trying with no success (after all tests, etc). Hope this helps. Good luck! |
