There are lots of tips and suggestions on how to increase your chances of pregnancy. The hard part is figuring out what might help. I would say there are some basic things that might make it easier..........figure out your ovulation cycle (with basal thermometer), have your husband wear boxers (not briefs), limit how often you have sex (saving up sperm), take over the counter Robitussin (check with doc if taking other meds), elevate hips for at least 30 to 60 minutes after sex. After trying all these, and any others you come across, talk with doctor about how they might help increase chances with meds, etc. There are couples who have problems conceiving with no known reason. Most docs will begin helping after a set period of time trying with no success (after all tests, etc). Hope this helps. Good luck!

it may help to stop thinking about conceiving and just go with the flow. Stressing about it can actually make it more difficult to conceive. I also am curious as to what the doctors said.

I agree stressing out only makes it worse. We we married for 4 years before we conceived. We waited that long before we were swinging for the fence. Right out of the batters box my wife was stressing about it after the 2'nd swing and a miss she went out and bought an ovulation tester over the counter tester and when it said batter up we swung and ahome run in the 3'rd inning. I don't know why she was stressing but it seemed to make things worse. We tried using a calendar and she was looking back after it "worked" and each and every month prior to conception we were right in the ballgame just in the wrong inning. so sit back relax and enjoy the ride it's fun. sorry for the sports analogy's but little kids read this as well. so bottom line if your both normal it may just take some time...........
