Back pain

I have what feels like knots in my back next to my shoulder blades, on my right has been bothering me for about 3 weeks now, but my left started hurting today - it's a pain going up my neck. What over the counter pain reliever should I take?

Thank You!

You could take an aleve to possibly lessen the discomfort, but you should really go see a specialist in order to stop the pain altogether.
