olympus panorama

Hi

I recently took several photos in panorama mode on my olympus fe-210, but when i tried to stitch them on the Olympus Master program it said they were not taken in panorama mode. Yet on the panorama page the photos show the panorama logo on the selected photos. Is this something to do with the different XD picture cards I have used? How do I get the program to recognise the panoramic shots? Thank you
