a) Open Adobe Premier elements. Select add media.(sub menu - from files or folders)
b) Select the Video_TS folder on your DVD disc.
c) You will receive a prompt "try downloading media using media downloader"
d) Select the "media downloader" button.
e) now all the videos on the dvd will be impoted to your hard disk
f) Now all the imported files will be seen in the media panel on the left side in Premier elements
g) drag the video in the "timeline"panel at the bottom
h) play the video and pause at the place where you wish to take the snap shot (in the panel that says "monitor")
i) just below the pause button is an icon looking like a camera and when you mouse over it it displays "export frame". Hit that icon and your frame will be exported as a picture.
