camcorder/ memory card or capture card

If you had a Sony DCR-SR42 30 GB Hard Drive Camcorder you were in a place
where you did not have a computer to download movie. is there some kind of
capture card that you could unload the data too. so you could free up the
camcorders hard drive to continue filming????
