Comparison:

Fascism has had a negative reaction against socialism and democratic equalitarianism, its roots reaching back to the reaction of the ruling classes against the French Revolution. It plays upon national pride and prejudice and often exploits anti-Semitism, and sets itself up as a champion of law and order against the threat of mob rule.

Elitism is a belief or attitude that an elite, a selected group of persons whose personal abilities, specialized training or other attributes place them at the top of any field, are the people whose views on a matter are to be taken most seriously, or who are alone fit to govern. Thus, elitism sees an elite as occupying a special position of authority or privilege in a group, set apart from the majority of people who do not match up with their abilities or attributes.

Elite / Elitism = the best or superior members of a society or group, or it can be a small, privileged, and often powerful group, according to Webster's. On the web, it's defined in various ways, from a small group of people with a disproportionate amount of public decision-making power to selected as the best. Example of this is the White Supremacy movement ddduring the KKK era in the US, or the Nazism era which ruled Germany under Hitler.

Fascism = the authoritarian political movement which ruled Italy from 1922 to 1943 under the “leadership” [Authority was dictatorial, severe, demanding and controlling ] of Benito Mussolini. All aspects of society, education, labor, medicine, commerce was ruled by his rules and regulations according to his whims.
