I need a HEADSTONE!!!

A friend of mine (Maurice L. Williams) has past away some 6 years ago due to a brain injury suffered while playing semi-professional football for Syracuse Express. His family was promised a Trust Fund for his 3 children. Needless to say money was raised but the family has yet to see any of the contributions. To make matters worse Maurice still has no headstone. I wanted to know how do I go about getting money raised to get him a headstone and setting up a proper Trust Fund for his children.
