501C3 Payouts

We have a 501C3 Booster club at our gymnastics gym. Can pay outs to members be based up members participation in the fund raiser. Or does each member need an equal pay out.

Kathy - perhaps you can be a little more specific - what kind of payouts are you talking about? I'd be careful here - you don't want to appear to be paying people, especially if any board members are involved.
