Small white dots on tomatoes!

I have small white dots (smaller than the head of a pin) on my tomatoes - on the leaves, stems, soil and container edges. I've washed each plant thoroughly, and it is almost as if these dots dissolve! Any thoughts about causes and cures?

Thanks

Have you noticed these dots moving or returning after they disappear?

No, they seem to be about the size of a grain of salt and almost crystalline. I don't know if this may be related to the yellowing on some of the lower leaves of the plants (Which affects more than have the white dots).

Tomato Psyllids is what it sounds like to me. No control method will totally eliminate psyllids. Spraying with Insecticidal Soap will help control them. If you need additional information, please ask. Click here for a home made recipe for the Insecticidal Soap.
