The picture you posted is of a different species of cockroach, but getting rid of them is similar.
First, make certain the environment is as dry as possible. This will cause stress in the species you posted, the brown or smoky brown roaches.
Next, apply baits into the cracks where the insects harbor. Baits come in various forms depending on what art of the world you are in, but Boric Acid powder is fairly universal. If you use powder,
do not use too much. Roaches have to walk through it and eat it from the pads on their feet for it to kill them, so a very light film of dust is more effective than piles of powder.
Gel baits can be injected into the cracks and are the most effective, but availability is limited in some parts of the world.
Dry baits inside bait containers are probably the cheapest and most available. They will kill the bugs
IF they eat it, but neither the form of bait nor the bait container are very attractive to the bugs.
You will need to keep watch on the situation and reapply the bait in about 2 - 3 weeks or when you begin to see more live ones than dead. Since you have babies visible, you have adults you can't see laying eggs.
