    Very tiny black burrowing bugs on skin.
    Black, non flying non biting but burrowing into skin

    There's not a lot of information in your post for us to be able to help you. A question would be a good place to start. What you have posted sounds like some type of mite. This website may help you in further identifying what you have seen.
