Well here's some advice don't get scared every girl goes through it its not as scary as it seems I think the best thing for you to do is talk to your mother she can comfort you much better and suggest what you should do! Just stay calm your first days of puberty will make your body feel weird but after a couple or days you will get used to it just relax and take it one day at a time if you need any more help that I can help you with just send me a message at mccartsbabygirl@yahoo.com this is my e-mail address or you can send me a private message here on this page just look for my name it will help you!
