I have a low selfesteem

How do I over come that problem with the feeling of having a low self-esteem.

Think about things that are positive and quit dwelling on negative.
Instead of thinking you are not good enough find things that build yourself up-- build on your good qualities basically.
Instead of thinking you can't get anywhere think of where you want to get and how to get there.

I think justcurious once said this to me...:

look in the mirror 2 - 3 times a day, and tell yourself that you love yourself. Be serious about it, and really mean it. It seems silly, but keep at it.

...a lot of people commented on how well it worked...

I also heard that to 'reprogram' your thinking you have to repeat the same thing for at least 21 days.
