Get out and interact with people. Keep up with current events so you can discuss many topics.

Maybe try to find some assertiveness classes in your area.

Share your innermost feelings with someone, maybe a stranger at first.

Remember to be a good listener too.

Hmm well your obviously very shy on the matter has you can't talk to people face to face .. I think you should just be your self and let the conversation start if you think about it to much and get overly dramatic about things it can cause shyness, uncomfortable behavior just think their just like you were all humans and we all get shy but when you start to converse with other people and enjoy it you will get through it good luck on the near future
