Do I need to return the sign on bonus?

I have a question regarding sign on bonus.

When I hired my XYZ company on 12/1/04, I got $6000 sign on bonus. I signed a contract with the company state the bonus will be vested in 2 years, which means 12/10/06. Now I am ready to move on, and to ensure to meet my current employer's requirement, my last day for XYZ company will be 11/21/06. But I have 10 days vacation day which I didn't take, the company will paid me any accrued vacation day. But I just wonder will usually the 10 days vacation day should count on top of 12/1/06? So my sign on bonus will be vested?Because I have worked enough time for the two years period.
