I am having a problem with receiving funds due to me from a previous emplyer in Maryland. You may want to call the Department of Labor main number, 1-866-487-9243. Tell them your work state and they will give you the number for the local agency. I was able to get valuable information and many questions answered on Maryland's site. I plan to file a claim. I hope this information helps and best of luck!
