You do know that you will still have to pay child support even if you sign over your rights?
What are your visitations according to the court? 4 times a month doesn't sound very fair to me.....

Saturday morning to Sunday evening sounds better......that is hardly even 24 straight hours.....seriously, you need to fight for more!! You have to, he wants you too, she doesnt get to make all the rules, you both made this child. Is she hard to talk to? I just wonder what the heck happened to make her feel as if you shouldnt see him? I wonder why you would sign an agreement like this? Did you have a lwyer?
