First the mother can't stop you from having them with you and visiting them. What you do is tell her you get the visits given you by court, if she does not, you take her back to court to have the judge rule her in contempt. You arae not fighting for your rights, don't sound like you really want to be with her very badly.

If the new husband wants to adopt, then you can sign over your rights and the child support will end when they adopt the child

As the parent you have the legal right to visit with your child. You would have to petition int the state that she lives in but you would be granted the right to visit with her, first there and then if all goes well eventually she will be able to come home with you. However if you want to terminate your parental rights the mother has to start the proceeding in her home state.
