Have you contacted the courts who oversaw the divorce and custody agreement? My ex did this to me when I wanted to go out of state for a vacation and I made an appointment with my attorney to see if I could get this straightened out. My attorney went to the judge and explained what was going on and I was allowed to take our son on vacation. My ex was just trying to throw his weight around - and like yours, he never did do the visitations and I had proof of that. Docment everything!! Good luck.

If he refuses to sign then you have no choice but to have the wedding in this country. Sorry.

Heh, funny. Sounds like he is still trying to have pull over your child and life by acting out in such a petty way. Keep at it, e-mail, fax and mail copies of the consent form once a week or so until he gets the message. I agree with shygrneyzs, too.
