Me and his father have physical custody. He spends evey Thurs and every other weekend with his Mother. I have been his step mother since he was 5 he is now 13. Mother blames me and father for her loosing parental rights. I have been made out to be the evil one when in fact all I did was take care of him as if he was my own. I have been the one taking care of all of his needs emotionally and financially. He would sometimes cry to me about how his Mother didnt love him and I would assure him that she did but, she had alot of thing going on in her life. His Mother has finally stepped it up and is being a Mother to him. Which I am glad she finally is. He does know that I do not like his mother for what she has done to him over the years and is now being very disrespectable to me. He is very argumentative and feels he can do and say whatever he wants. He told me today that I am not his real parent so he doesnt even care what I say. I have verbally lost it with him today. Again everyone only hears his side of the story and I am portrayed to be so mean to him. His Mother is supposed to pick him up on Thursday after school but, he comes to our house because she is working. I said she will have to make other arrangements as it is her time not ours. Again my step son mouths off to me and says this is his house and he can be here if he wants to. I have three older sons from a previous marriage and they would not dare speak to me the way he does. Anyone have any suggestions?????
