What can I do about ghosts in my house that may be threatening

In the last few months that I have been in this house with my friends and roommates I have experienced sightings of children. Then just last night one of my roommates told me that my other roommate's son has seen a man twice. Other sightings include a little girl between the ages of 7 and 9, a little boy between the ages of 1 and 3, a little boy about 9 years old, and a teenage girl between 16-18. All of the children sightings have been at night and in the kitchen/living room. The man was in my one of my roommates rooms. None of them have ever said anything, but we have heard laughing from the children. Just today one of my roommates and i were in the bathroom talking as she was getting ready and the dog was in the kitchen. First we heard a little girl laughing and saying something then the dog started barking and growling in the kitchen. Then there is this one part of the house that is always cold and there is a door way that is an entrance to the hallway and the other rooms of the house which is always cold and lately I have been feeling a very negative feeling and have gotten chills. Lately when I have been feeling these negative feelings i have been getting very nauseated and very shaky. I want to know if I am looking at this wrong or is my house haunted. Also i am worried about my roommate's 4 1/2 year old son. I feel that the negativity could cause something harmful to any of us. What should I do? Can this negativity harm us? Why am I getting really nauseous?

If you have any answers please help me out. Thank you

Raychel
