I've been living in my home for approximately 14 years already and I've never noticed any paranormal activity.. but always felt I was being watched when I would stay home alone... well last night while I was online speaking to a friend.. my cousin was sitting behind me watching TV and talking to me as well... well we heard a noise from the kitchen.. NOONE was there.. everyone was already sleeping we Checked.. well we heard this.. um you know the gallon of milk that thing well it wasn't milk it was juice... well anyway it was deflated I guess then it sounded like someone was inflating it... it made 6 taps and stopped.. well I sent my cousin to check if someone was there.. and she said No... well I can SEE THE JUICE Gallon and no one was touching it... well I didn't let that bother me it was about 440 in the morning so me and my cousin went to my room... my parents have a Squeaky noise when you open there door.. sooo we didn't hear that.. but someone was in the Living room.. we heard the Cabinets open and shut real loud.. then the Faucet turned on and off... it was sooo creepy my cousin claims to hear foot steps...

My Aunt had slept in my house during the summer when she came from Puerto Rico Sooo she says while she was sleeping she woke up to a guy slapping her she thought it was her husband.. but it was a Man in a White Suit...

My Little Sister Died.. in my Moms Belly in my House... You think that's a Haunting?? She Did Die in my Moms Belly 9 Months.. and My Mom was Home... I don't know..

I'm scared Already...

And Also My Mother Says she See's people Standing Next to her from the Corner of her Eye but She thinks its Me or My Sister and she says she sees people coming in and out of rooms..

Damn the truth your house is haunted.. u need to get out of there!! my grandma's house in mexico was like that.. she went through depression.. trust get out! your going to be stressed out sooner or later... move its for the bettter...

First of all, you should make sure the wiring in your house is OK. High electromagnetic fields can make you hallucinate or feel paranoid.
Secondly, even if your house is haunted the ghost/energy/whatever is clearly not trying to harm you in any way so don't worry about it.
If it starts to bother you, just tell say out loud, "hey, i hear you but this is my house and i want to be alone right now." don't be scared. You're fully in this dimension and these other presences are not. You live in your house; these other guys don't. Take control of the situation.

Well if it was that time in the mornin then maybe, you were both just really tired! Becos it can happen when you think you hear a noise but becos your getting all hyped up it may not even be there!! And sometimes your eyes can play tricks on u... so I really wouldn't worry... unless you see or here things that go on during the day... u will be fine... honest!!
