Well this sounds really stupid but ever since I was little, I've always heard noises and voices that no one else could hear.
I even have sleepovers and my sister who was sharing a room with me would never hear the noises that I would.
I have constantly my WHOLE life felt as if I am being watched and it brings me a lot of negative energy.

As I got older I started to ignore all the noises and they pretty much went away (got a lot less active) But in the past year or so I have started hearing them again, footprints that no one else can hear, Smells that no one else can smell, Bangs and doors constantly going on around me. Even my friends are now starting to hear them!

And doors which I shut just open by themselves. And the worst thing is I've even seen the spirit! Numerous amounts of times!
Most of the time as a black shadow but I have seen him in life form. He is around 20 years old, pale face, VERY dark eyes (almost black), and very tall. I've seen him everywhere! At my house (most of the time) at my nans, down an alley and even crossing roads! But he always disappears after a few seconds, except for the time in the alley where I eventually ran away.

Btw I know this may sound ridiculous and most people I tell think I'm bad, But I just really want to know what the hells going on! :)

Check all windows, doors and vents to make sure there isn't a breeze coming through maybe a loose frame or an old window that lets a breeze in.
Don't show fear and don't be afraid because evil demon or malicious ghost it probably feeds on that. I don't think it would be a demon if it's a humanoid, never rule out the fact that this man may not be evil either.
Its obviously startling but don't run away because it may be trying to talk to you. Noises may just be a way of it trying to get your attention.

Try talking to it but don't invite it into your life and make it clear that its not invited. Whatever you do don't ever hunt it alone and always carry first aid. Record your findings and dry to disprove them in anyway. If you can explain it in a logical manner try to do so to figure out what's real and what's fake.

You could have rats in your cabinets. Footsteps could be caused by a breeze moving unlevel furniture a little making it bounce off hard floor sounding like boots. I wouldn't know because I'm not there but always take everything into consideration.

Try to get some of this on a tape recorder or video to see if you can find out what's really going on. Any questions or if you find something you want me to look at my

No, you're not bad and this certainly isn't a ridiculous situation.

It happens to many people and it happens quite often. It is very likely the haunting is with you and not your home, since all the manifestations are noticeable only to you.

I will disagree with squishay in that you cannot judge a spirit by how it looks. Demons have their own form, that can try and take humanoid forms and they can appear as just about anything else you can imagine.
Understand this, evil is deceptive and not always harmful upfront.

May I ask how old you are?
Is there a history of the occult in your family?

This isn't about ghost hunting, you don't need proof, you seem to experience it most of your life. What you need is relief and deliverance from this presence that only comes through Jesus Christ.

Do not try to talk to it... I'm not saying pretend it isn't there, but don't establish communication with it. You can open a lot of dangerous doors by seeking it's manifestation.

It is never ridiculous to try and find out what is taking place in your life. There are always some uninformed types who may not believe things like this happen because it has not happened to them but we know it does and we are here to help in any way we can.

HH gave you a very important bit of information in telling you not to interact with it . That can open doors for more problems.

Squishay also has some good input that I think applies to all situations where the paranormal is involved .
Look for all possibilities that might be involved. The vast majority of suspected paranormal activity can be explained when properly investigated.

Things like footsteps, voices, knockings, moans, screams and hundreds of others can be caused by the expansion and contraction of the buildings as they heat up and cool down with the day and night cycling .

Squishay has pointed out some good examples also you can keep in mind.

Have you discussed this with your parents , siblings ,friends or anyone else , and what was their reaction?

Has anyone else seen this figure independently or at the same time as you?
