tell me how to have spirits rest in peace

I went to a haunted park yesterday late at night and we got a ghost talking to us on the recording it said elizebeth and then it said help me and then it said elibeth and none of us said that when we were taliknig and now me and my friend want to know how to help it becase we can feel it wathing us a while ago my friend felt the room go cold all the sudden then i felt like somthing me was watching me and i heard a faint wispher and my brother and he was in the same room with me and we think that there is a little girl in that park and a male we cant figure what age it is and we want to know how to help them because me and my friend felt like we were depressed and my friend also saw a vision of a little girl on a swing he says she was happy then he says he saw her again and she was all bloody and she was in a white dress and we have seen her before she was in all white i want to know how to help those spirits

I don't know much about any of this. I have only had one encounter with a Spirit and I am still trying to figure out what it wants or is trying to imprint.
I'd suggest going to a Psychic who can probably help you understand how to do it. Or a Spirit expert who knows a lot about these things.
