As a child i would have dreams or vision of things to come,my brother having a car accident,the car coming home on a flatbed,my dads death,things of that sort.I was about 3 yrs.old when it first happened,over the years it has happened few and far between,but it still happens only now its not clear,i will just have these strong urges in my body that something is wrong,or something is going to happen,i've also noticed that my cars will start to act up,thats usually a sign of something to come,what i want to know is how do i use this gift or really understand it better.... my mom has pasted and she was the only one in my family that ever really understood,i've also started to notice that out of 3 sons,my oldest (he's 18) has dreams and hints of things to come.....how do i help him as well as myself .......

I am sorry for your losses.

Just a bit of advise...
I do not think you should rely on this sense of impending disaster because no one and I mean none can correctly predict the future.

And most times it just adds to the worries when you are waiting for something to happen because you felt it would happen.
The waiting itself will take up so much energy plus you will be tense,expecting something to go wrong.

One way you could understand your urges is to really listen to them. If you feel something bad is going to happen to somebody, tell them to be careful. I have similar urges but they are only when my friend is around and they usually are about her. Just really listen to your urges but sometimes they dont come true.
