Nurse in my picture

http://https://www.facebook.com/make...type=1&theaterI took a picture of my car today and in the picture it looks like a mist. there wasnt any wind that was blowing and it wasnt raining at the time. It looks as if theres an old time nurse standing diagonal on my lawn.

When I take a picture from my camera it shows up with lines through it and blurry and it has a red or pink tint to the picture. But when I focus on what I want to take the picture of it looks fine until I go back to look at the picture.
