Has anyone ever heard of anti-chakra?

    Asked Oct 13, 2007, 01:42 AM 27 Answers
I went to a healer and he told me that my anti-chakra is open. And according to him it was not good.In fact it was very, very bad. Problem is I have found nothing on Internet about such a thing.
He called it also the eight chakra. That, I found some information about, but it is situated completely somewhere else then he described. However he is quite successful as a healer and lots of people swear by him.
Has anyone ever heard about anti-Chakra?

I don't really understand what a "healer" really is. Is this something like a Doctor?

He is a Biotronic. He heals health and other problems through your aura and chakras.
He works through with the energy.

No offense, but it sounds like a bunch of crap to me. Does this man have any sort of medical degree?

Well, two of my best experiences after medical science failed me for years were going to a Chinese herb doctor and to a shiatsu practitioner.

Don't turn up your nose at alternative medicine, but be careful with anyone dishing out medical advice.

I don't know what he meant by anti but here is what the eighth chakra is
I never studied chakra's because I heard they are demonically inspired and have some whacked out beliefs but
What it says is some of what I have been experiencing in life but I am studying spiritual realm stuff more from the Jewish Kabalah angle. I don't trust the New Age stuff. I do trust alternative supplements though.

I'm not turning my nose up at alternative medicine, I am simply saying I would not trust someone practicing medicine that was not an MD. I don't take medical advice from anyone that has not gone to medical school.

Most practitioners of an alternative medicine, say, shiatsu or acupuncture, are NOT MDs. That's exactly what makes them so appealing, that they look at and treat illness from an entirely different perspective.

So how do you know that they know what they are doing rather than just making stuff up as they go along??

In the same way you know an MD isn't making stuff up as he goes along--you educate yourself about your body and you read up on the alternative treatment and you monitor your progress as you are being treated. Many health insurance plans will cover treatments in acupuncture, chiropractic, shiatsu, and other alternatives.
