My husband and have recently been looking at houses and I've heard- because we went into a really creepy house I asked- that they have to disclose this information to you if someone died in the house and it was malicious. Now again, that's just what I was told. Are you working with a realtor?

I moved in in January of '06. The realtor did disclose that one of the women who owned the house right before us did pass away. Her children who were in their 20's and lived with her did not want to sell the house but her significant other did. However, the realtor did not tell us if the woman had actually died in the house. How would I find that out?

Did you ask your realtor if she did die in the house? I would just ask her if you haven't already.

I'm a little hesitant to call since I have been living here for over 2 years. I don't want to seem silly. But more strange things have been happening lately.

It's not going to hurt to ask. The worst thing that could happen is he/she would say that they didn't know. There would be no reason for the realtor to lie to you. You already live there so it's not going to make a difference to them. What strange things have been happening to make you think that maybe she did die there?

My family and I is taking care of our uncle's dog (paw paw) . Today while me and my mother were in
The kitchen cooking dinner (paw paw) ran from the living room .To where we were and started
Barking at the back room door . Where my mother had an experience with spirits slamming the door. I wonder is my house hunted.

I don't know about that maybe but I hear in my house. Footsteps, humming and water turning on and off, and heavy breathing in my room. I wonder if my house has a evil ghost or not?

I was told that you can tell there's a ghost if it suddenly gets colder. If its just subtle its either a nonevil ghost or just a breeze but if its really really cold its evil. Im not sure if this is true thoufh.

You can always have a paranormal investigation team come in and sweep your house for any entities. I know PI's are every where now.

I move in my new house and I'm 12 years old and I swear orbs have floated across me in my back yard.many things have happened my dog is always paceing out there and stares really hard.she is glad when she gets inside.me and my family have notice these things my parents said they see things peak around the corner.like today I was out side listening to my mp3 player and I was outside alone and I saw my dog going to the bathroom and I was petting something next to me which I realize was not my dog so I ran inside and told my mom and she told me it would be OK.

We recently moved into this old house that was built in 1927. A few weeks ago, my fiancé went out of town and I felt goosebumps especially at night time when I was alone. Even my 2 chihuahuas kept barking and looked at something which wasn't really there (at first I hadn't thought about ghosts). I also noticed a few black shadows around the house for the couple of nights that my fiancé was gone. During the same time that my fiancé was out of town, I picked my mother up from the airport (for early christmas day) and while she was here, I felt safe when I have someone else with me... and then my fiancé flew back home and we moved our bedroom to another bedroom for a change, and then we just found a few white spots on our wall as if the paint was peeled off from the wall as well as odd scratches on the paint (the wall is painted a tan color). We looked to see if the paint from the wall fell to the floor, but there was none to be found. In the other bedroom, we happen to have hardwood flooring and noticed that floor had a few spots that looked like someone was scratching at the floor. I keep my dogs' nails trimmed and we certainly do not have rodents or anything living in the house. Just last night, my fiancé said he heard something in the middle of the night under our bed. We have a platform bed and use a few phone books (which are wrapped with plastic) to help support the wooden base. We woke up this morning and found that some plastic wrapping from the phone books were torn apart all over place. Last night, one of my dogs started to bark at something again and her head was pointed toward the scratches on the wall. We tried to figure out how the heck does this happen... in my mind I suspect that we have ghost(s) but my fiancé doesn't believe in ghosts... but I think we have a ghost living here in our home.
