did i see a ghost, and not even know it?

i was at a camp once, and it was in the afternoon. my friend Julie was ibn the girls bathroom, and she came back and told me i had to see this. Underneath one of the stalls was a white mist, and it felt cold underneath just that one stall. It was in the afternoon, and it only happened once. my question is did i see a ghost, and not even know it? i am dying for an answer!

Considering that certain atmospheric conditions that could have existed, along with a cold floor or toilet and moisture in the area, a small fog cloud can develop in that area.

I don't think ghosts need to use restrooms.

Some people are starting to believe that ghosts are simply apparitions or energies 'reinacting' places they were and things they did during their lifetime.
A small fog cloud doesn't exactly sound like a ghost to me though.

I think the fog was probably an atmospheric phenomenon rather than a supernatural one - particularly due to its closeness to the ground. I doubt that there was a ghost haunting the bathroom. Most ghost sites say that mists do not indicate the presence of a ghost, which more commonly tend to reveal themselves as human apparitions rather than a fog.
