I'd really like to know what Im dealing with. I've been having these astral experiences that I dont want, nor attempt to have. I wake up in the spirit (body still asleep) and there is someone, spirit or whatever that is holding me or laying on me or messing with me. I have conversed with it and it has told me that it is evil. I have tried to vanquish it by using Jesus name but it usually just laughs or pays no attention. They are constantly around my house when I am projected and I have since begun arguing with them for constantly interupting my sleep. Additionally the woman in these instances are always trying to seduce me and they really get mad when you insult the devil. None of them will ever admit that Jesus is alive or that He is the Lord. They are constantly trying to freighten me which doesnt work because I know they cant do anything. The worst though is when they somehow suck you into the outer darkness and bring you to the bottom of the "pit" for lack of a better word. One time I managed to stay "in projection" until we got to the bottom where it really became hot and I could see an opening to a glowing red/yellow area and didnt want to go any further knowing exactly what it was. How do I get them to stop. Im sick of it. Its just plain annoying now!! Thanks so much for answering Im really really in need of help!!!!!

My mom and dad many years ago had spontaneous projection that they didn't want and finally escaped it by removing from there home anything that might have to do with demons or fallen angels or projection (like books on occult etc.) and also praying to God for help. And I myself, earlier not knowing about my parents projection began projecting by means of meditation, I thought it was absolutely amazing and it astonished me, and I thought it was even more awesome then anything. But then my parents told me it's most likely like a lucid dream that demons or fallen angels manipulate and are a part of, so I prayed to God, "Heavenly father I ask in the name of your one and only begotten son: If I can project to go on adventures without demons or fallen angels inducing or being involved in it then please let me and help me do that, but If it can not be done without fallen angels then so be it, don't allow fallen angels to be a part of my life amen" And after that prayer as much as I tried and tried and tried and tried I can not project anymore. Also getting other people to pray for you will help end spontaneous projections.

Actually what you're experiencing is known as in the scientific community as "Sleep Paralysis"

It has nothing to do with demons or ghosts but it is described as

The primary symptom of sleep paralysis is partial or complete skeletal muscle paralysis during the hypnopompic or hypnagogic states. In other words, it is the sense of being aware that one is unable to move or speak while falling asleep or waking up. Sleep paralysis may also be accompanied by hypnagogic hallucinations.

These hallucinations can be auditory, tactile, and/or visual. If a polysomnograph is taken, at least one of the following will be shown: skeletal muscle tone suppression, REM sleep at sleep onset, or dissociated REM sleep. The paralysis can persist anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes before the person is able to either return to REM sleep or to become fully awake.

If the person returns to REM sleep yet remains fully aware, they are likely to enter a lucid dream state.

Hi, my name's Kevin and i have had similar experiences for a couple years. The only difference is i call for Jesus and it goes away before i see it. See, i sleep on my side facing the wall because im afraid that i will see "it." So, i feel someone in my room standing next to me, and then BAM! It just holds me down and my vision goes white and my ears ring REALLY loud. Well, the last time it happened i noticed that i was about 2 feet about my body, and was turning toward "it" against my will. I began to pray for help and it went away... I just admire your courage. I couldnt imagine speaking to it. Although about a year ago, i had a "dream" that four demons captured me and took me into the dark place and locked me up, and Michael (arche angel) busted through and saved me. I woke up unable to move and all that happiness....

Don't let people fool you. Astral projection is very wrong and is preached AGAINST in the Bible. The only experiences in the Bible of OOB are when GOD himself or the Holy Spirit took their souls and showed them things in heaven. Why would you want to take the wheel of this car when it is rightfully God's? This is very dangerous and occult practice. Astral Projection is nothing to fool with.

I am not going to get around to argueing against those people who believe their science and knowledge is greater than an unseen reality. Arrogance and ignorance will be the end of humanity...

Anyway, to those of you that have had similiar experiences... here is what is going on, and what to do about it :

Demons hate you. They hate everyone, even Satanists... Anyway, they will mess you. Either they want to inflict harm or destroy you, or they just want to annoy you, or prevent you from perhaps doing what they dont want you to do. Or turn you away from God and Christ. That is fairly obvious.

By default (Creation) your soul is linked to your body. The demon has the ability to link the soul to your spirit. Your spirit is lacking. Ephesians 6:10-24

You said that you tried to command them to leave in the name of Jesus Christ. Well, two reasons why this may not have worked and I do not have the details of your situaions.

1) Faith, do you absolutely believe that you have authority over them?

Luke 10:20 Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.

2) Are you baptized? Not with water, but with the Holy Spirit? Has your spirit become "merged or fused" with the Holy Spirit?

1 Corinthians 7:17 But the person who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him.

In Ephesians 6:17 mentions the "Sword of the Spirit" Now, when you use the name of Jesus, it didn't mean anything because your spirit was too "weak" almost. The Holy Spirit however, is not by any means ... too weak.

What I am trying to say here is, you need to ask God to pour out the Holy Spirit onto you. And then absolutely believe that He will. Then you need make you sure you full understand your authority has a believer. And then you need to command the demons, and take authority over them, in the name of Jesus Christ. As a Wiccan i can tell you that what you're experiencing is very common. Dont worry, if the astral being hasnt hurt you yet, it wont. Mainly because it cant. The reason you're being "pulled" from your body is to show you something. You're supposed to see something but this "demon" is in your way. You must overcome it in order to get through. this unwanted astral projection is your subconscious way of trying to deal with a problem that you cant get over in life.
