Can a ghost follow me?

Can a spirit follow you, of course why not.

But then almost everything you listed can have normal happenings also.

I feel the same. I'm 29 & I've had unexplained stuff happen to me ever since my early 20's, lights flashing, footsteps, channels on tv switching by themselves & the biggest one for me that seems to happen from time to time, for a few days in a row. I feel like I get pinned down & I can't move. It takes everything I got to get free of it & snap out of it. Last night around this time, I was watching tv & I could feel something come into the living room inches from me. It feels like I'm breathing cooler air, so I swing my pillow in front of me side to side hard, like you are not getting me tonight, cause the two nights before that, I got pinned in between 1-3am lol. Sometimes it's my father i think doing it, cause when he passed 4yrs ago, for about 2 weeks after his death, I swear he was messing with me in my sleep everynight & the real like dreams I was having at the places he would know & us talking. So times I think it's him & other times, I think it's just different spirits passing by me roaming around. I do get sick of it & wonder if I have open some kind of doorway or something to attract bad spirits to affect me & been thinking about going & get blessed or something, looking around, that's how I found this.

Pow Wow...with the occult activity you mentioned, the recipe is good for spiritual issues...but as Fr Chuch mentioned....much of what you mentioned might be explainable. If you think you are experiencing legit spiritual issues it would benefit you to seek out help from the church. HOWEVER, and this is where many miss the mark....if it is due to occult involement, simply being blessed may not resolve your issue. This may be something you need to confront, and deal with personally with God. Occult involement is a serious sin and if that indeed did allow spirits into your life, they have a RIGHT to be there untill you deal with that issue.
