Bad land
Hi
I bought this house 2 years ago additional to the one i had and I rented out. since I have bought the house. problem after the problem with house.
first problem with tenant he stopped paying rent and took me one year to remove him.
3 months ago i moved in to my house than my problem escalated with neighbors and I have 3 lawyers now.
Inside the house it is beautiful 5 bedrooms executive house there is no sign of bad spirit. outside (land or lot itself) has something to say, I do not know what though?
My House was build in 1997 as to my knowledge 2 builders went bankrupt building the sub division which my house is in it.
the previous owner had problems with neighbors and his wife and eventually his mirage broke up and ask me to buy it and I bought his house with full asking price.I have beautiful 2 kids and excellent wife and we get long so nicely so far, I am afraid of loosing it all.

before i move in to my house my neighbor told me not to move in, and their harssment has not stop yet?( I am not living in southern USA I live in southern Pickering near toronto )
My problems with house itself it has gone beyond me and my understanding of the world I became to know.
I am not spiritual person. so this subject, I am being force to except and get to know. please help me to find person to Bering to my house to see what is wrong. I do not know what title I have to search that person for?
I know what you going to say ... sell the house. I am just about doing it, but the matter getting worst and worst out of my control.

They had bad neighbors, so did the neighbors move ?? no, guess what you will have bad neighbors. no real mystery in that. A bad renter, read the rental housing section, yours is minor to many. So that is normal for someone with no experience as a landlord.

Sounds like you are wanting to blame a buidling for obvious issues already there.

If you want to get spirits out of a home, have it blessed by a preist

I do not have region so preist?. the house structurally is good and had no problem with it

It doesn't sound like you have any spirits or anything paranormal.
It just sounds like you have been having a string of a lot of bad luck and bad choices and chain reactions
You need to stop and make a list of pro's and con's, plans on changes and ways to make better decisions along with a list of where you would like to see things in the long term.
