3 and a half year old son sees ghosts?
My son is 3 and a half years old. He has begun talking about people that he sees. The first instance of this was him coming up to me and telling me that the boy wants to get into my belly. Needless to say this was extremely upsetting since my husband and I have been trying for some time to have a 2nd baby.

I asked him who the boy was and he said he did not know and that was the end of it.

A few days ago my son came up to me again as I was cleaning the bathroom and said out of nowhere, "There she is - That's my mommy" When I asked him who he was talking to he looked to his left and promptly ignored me and walked away.

Last night he came downstairs crying, he told his father that the ghost was leaving a ghost trail form the top of the steps and into our kitchen. When my husband asked him what the ghost trail was he said it was pee, and that the ghost always does it and the ghost leaves his ghost trail on our couches and clothes.

We began asking him questions about the ghosts and there seems to be two - one tall male adult and one small boy around my sons age, who is now his friend. He said they are in his room and they are his real family.

I asked them what they say to him and he told me that they do not talk, because they don't have mouths. When I asked him how he knew they are his real family he said he knows.

When it was bedtime, my son would not go near his room even though he was exhausted, he said he was scared of the white spots in his room, and the white spots were going to hurt him.

I told him to tell the man, boy and the white spots to go home, this is not their home and go to heaven. It didn't work.

To comfort him we told him they were angels and would not hurt him and they were there to watch over him and keep him safe. He told us angels were bad and wanted to hurt him.

I'm at a loss and do not know what to do. I don't want to discourage him if he is seeing things, but I also don't want him to be scared.

I had my own experiences as a child, and the scared me throughout my childhood, but eventually they stopped.

I have felt things in my home but have never visualized it. When my son was born I would always have the feeling something was in his room, but blew it off because I was a new mom and never felt anything in the house before. I thought I was just being over protective.

    Any Ideas?

I am particular interested in the ghost not having mouths and the white spots?

I don't know anything about ghosts not having mouths but I think that I did hear that about a ghost story somewhere before. Can he explain anything about the white spots better?
Like are they where he sees the ghosts? Are they there before, after or during seeing the ghosts? What are the shapes?

Ask him why he feels they are trying to hurt him since it sounds like he is friends with the boy.

Ask him if he sees the ghosts in your bedroom and if not maybe you could try switching bedrooms to see what happens.

Maybe ask him to draw you pictures too.

Id take him to be evaluated not saying there is anything wrong with him but just to make sure. Because you don't want him to end up mentally or emotionally scar-ed if it could have been prevented

Thanks for sharing the experiences. First of all, it's a well known fact that children are more innocent and open than adults and can see things we can't, including spirits. Be sure to acknowlege what he sees, talk about it, and don't say or do anything that may make him afraid.

Some children grow out of this and only have a few experiences and others can go on for a lifetime.

With all that said, if it really gets so it bothers him, you may want to bring in a PI team in to investigate,or clergy to bless the home and or land, and get the spirits out of there so they don't become more active.

Maybe you should look up the history of your home. Try and find out who lived there, when it was built, or if there were any murders/deaths/ accidents near-by.

I would also have a paranormal investigator check the house.

B.T.W The white spots are either angels, or just curious spirits.
I'm not sure why they don't have mouths though.

Anyway, I wish you and your family the best of luck! :)
