how to ajust text in paragraphs by pixels?

how to ajust text in paragraphs by pixels?

ok how to you adjust text in a paragraph like make the text in a paragraph say 10 pixels to the right and 5 pixels down kinda like with Microsoft word where on the left and top of the page you can adjust the positioning of the text
