how do i set my page (in Dreamweaver MX) to automatically re-size itself depending on the viewers computers reseloution??

One option is to set your content into a table of X% rather than a number of pixels.

...so if you put our content into a table that's 95% wide, then it's width will be 95% of a viewers screen no matter what his resolution or monitor size is.

...but don't forget to keep an eye on your image sizes. If you stick a 1200 pixel wide image in there it will stretch the width of everything.
