ActiveX Error on website I made

How do I stop the ActiveX error on a website I have made. I know it is up to each persons security but is there more? Can I get a certificate signed showing that the website is ok? It only has some paypal links and a flash header. Please look at Murder in the Courtroom.

Thank you for any help.
