panama

Is the food good in Pamana, we maybe planning to travel there. In particular the Decameron beach and spa hotel- can you get sick from there food, as in eg. Dominican Republic or Mexico? In other word can you get the runs?

Anyone can get the runs. But if you are going to a tourist area, most tourist areas now have water purification systems. It is not the food to be afraid of because as the food is cooked the bacteria is killed.

It is the water and the ice you need to stay away from. Try and buy bottled water if you can.
