Videora Ipod Converter Classic Problem.

I download the program, uninstall and reinstall, no matter what I do I've run into the same problem for a while now, and it's infuriating. I go to Video File to choose a file to convert, but the width/height of the box are screwed up, and the "Choose File" button is below the screen. I try clicking the restore button to make the box smaller and toy with width and height. It doesn't work at all.

I just can't figure the damn thing out. I have wanted to convert a movie or two for a long time now, and find Videora one of the most user-friendly programs. Has anyone else experienced this problem or similar, or have any ideas to fix?
