For some unknown reason the Recycle Bin on my notebook running Windows 2000 fails to function. The icon is displayed on the desktop and the folder appears in the Windows Explorer, but when I click on the icon nothing appears. If I right click on the icon and click on "Properties", I receive the following message: "The properties for this item are not available." Can anyone suggest a solution to fixing this disabled Recycole Bin? Thanks, John
