How to convert from rar files to mp3

You don't. A .rar file is a compressed folder like .zip

You may have a .rar file with an .mp3 inside though.

Go here:

And click on English (32 bit) unless another language is more suitable.

That will initiate a download fro WinRAR (the program used to uncompress .rar files).

Once downloaded, click on .rar. And it will open it up like a folder. You should them have files &/or folders available to you inside.
